Podcast-Style Video
I created this podcast-style video to serve as an instructional resource for prison staff, focusing on effective strategies to support learners engaged in distance education. This project was an original production, showcasing my ability to convey complex information in an accessible and engaging format.
To enhance the audio clarity, I employed Audacity, ensuring the spoken content was crisp and easily understandable. The visual elements were crafted using Canva, providing a cohesive and professional aesthetic. For video editing, I utilised Adobe Premiere Elements, allowing for seamless integration of visuals and audio. To further enrich the viewer's experience, I incorporated dynamic audio soundwaves and captions using Kapwing, enhancing both engagement and accessibility.
This video was designed to be a practical guide, offering insights and actionable advice for prison staff to better support distance learners. It was disseminated through internal channels, serving as a valuable tool in training sessions and professional development workshops.
Creating this video allowed me to demonstrate my proficiency in multimedia production and instructional design, particularly in developing resources tailored to specific professional audiences. It reflects my commitment to producing content that is not only informative but also user-friendly and impactful.
Enhancing Secure Site Accessibility and Navigation
As part of my role at Prisoners' Education Trust, we identified that the secure login area of our website was not accessible and contained too much information, which made navigation difficult for users. I collaborated with internal colleagues and external stakeholders through a series of meetings to gather insights and prioritise user needs. Using WordPress, along with custom HTML and CSS, I helped redesign this section by simplifying the layout and introducing an accessible dropdown menu to highlight key resources such as course guidance, news updates, and helpful videos. The updated section significantly improved usability for our target audience, including prison learners and education providers.
Instructional Video
This e-learning video was requested by a stakeholder aiming to increase user engagement with the company’s secure website. I developed an instructional "How to Apply" video to guide learners through accessing long-distance learning courses. The video was designed for clarity and accessibility, with a storyboard and style guide created in advance to ensure consistency. It was produced using Adobe Creative Suite, adhering closely to the project brief.
Responsibilities: End-to-end project development, including needs analysis, scriptwriting, instructional design, e-Learning development, and video production.

Interactive Music Course
This self-paced course combines music theory with interactive learning, designed for all levels. Learners explore rhythm, melody, and harmony through engaging activities and real-time feedback. With an intuitive interface and multimedia content, the course provides a dynamic, hands-on approach to music creation, allowing learners to experiment, improve, and develop their skills in a fun and personalised way.

Digital Learning in Prisons
I created this infographic using Canva and further edited it in Adobe Photoshop to enhance the map visuals and overall layout. This is an original piece designed to communicate the success and reach of the Prisoners’ Education Trust (PET) digital innovation project, which delivered gamified, self-paced digital courses to prison learners across England and Wales.
The infographic highlights key outcomes, including 2,465 course accesses and engagement across 94% of prisons. I visualised the top five prisons by access using a custom map, and presented course features such as quizzes, progress tracking, tailored content, and personalised certificates.
Creating this infographic gave me the opportunity to translate complex project data into a clear and engaging format for a wide audience, from internal stakeholders to external partners. It was used in presentations and reports to communicate project impact and celebrate success.
This piece demonstrates my ability to combine visual design with instructional strategy to create inclusive, accessible learning communications. It reflects my strengths in visual storytelling, data interpretation, and designing for socially impactful projects.
Articulate 360 Rise
This micro-learning course highlighted the importance of connecting with nature for personal well-being and environmental care. Learners discovered how spending time in nature improved happiness, reduced stress, and motivated eco-friendly actions. Through quizzes and activities like park runs and camping, the course encouraged simple yet impactful ways to strengthen our bond with the natural world, promoting mental health and a deeper commitment to the environment.
